Our green policy. Our web hosting is provided by a carbon neutral source, so you can rest safely knowing that during your browsing time on Tigerapex.com is certainly helping in a small way to reduce overall emissions. We also believe in the little things as well, all locations owned by Tigerapex.com use low energy light bulbs that are switched off when not needed. All computers and printers are turned off at the socket, not just at the machine. A local Post Office is used to tax any vehicles and all staff walk to there. Staff are encouraged to walk at lunch time and leave the car at the office (we buy the sandwiches if they do!) Travel costs are expensive and we are striving to bring these down. We ask all staff to car share where possible and the company fleet cars are all diesel and below 2 litres in size, modern and have lower emissions than older examples. Any systems that are required to be on 24 hours (security, CCTV, servers etc) are set to power down to standby after the shortest time possible. All products that have been expended, for example batteries, old mobile phones, computers and parts, service items from vehicles etc are all recycled in council approved schemes. We keep paperwork to an absolute minimum, not only does this keep our offices much tidier but we know it also helps in a small way. We try and endeavour to communicate electronically to reduce postage road miles and paper used. We aim to bring in further measures to further reduce our overall impact on the enviroment.

Q - Is finance available?
A - Yes it is and we can arrange finance even if you have CCJ's, bad debt or a poor credit history. We do not force people to take finance, as we are well aware this market is extremely competitive. Rates are dependent on your circumstances, if you have a poor history we can normally arrange a facility for you. Q - Why have you offered less in part exchange than another dealer?
A - Main franchised dealers will tell you that they offer a higher value for you car, this is not exactly correct. They will offer more simply because their vehicle already costs more. Let us explain, if we advertise a car at £8000 and offer £2000 for your car the cost to change is £6000. Now a franchised dealer would advertise the vehicle at £10000, and allow you £4000 which sounds like a very good deal BUT the cost to change is still £6000. We offer the same vehicles you would buy from them at a reduced price, but we do have to be strict and offer trade values for any part exchange. We work on low margins and we have low overheads hence you get the vehicle cheaper. Franchised dealers have to pay for salesmen, admin staff, premises, accountants etc and they do not come cheap. Who do you think is paying for them?

Q - I have seen a vehicle like mine advertised for £XXXX?
A - Maybe you have, but have they sold it? We buy over 50 vehicles a month and know within £25 an exact trade value for your vehicle. Plus is the vehicle EXACTLY the same as yours, more than likely not.

Q - Can I get a warranty on the used car that I buy?
A - Yes 6 months is included free of charge with any vehicle we sell (except export and business sales) This can be extended at a cost, further details here

Q - Can I view the Used Vehicles?
A - Yes of course! Vehicles can be viewed and test driven at the relevant Birmingham site. There may be a charge for this service (Which is fully refundable with any purchase)

Q - Do you open at the weekend?
A - Yes, and the evenings! You can arrange an appointment to see the vehicle at anytime, during the day, evenings and weekends at a time to suit you. We are open 7 days a week from 9am till 9pm

Q - Are the vehicles checked for accident damage, adverse history, outstanding finance or police registered (stolen)
A - Always, we check every car and do not sell cars that show any of the points mentioned. All cars come with original documentation, MOT (if applicable) and service history or service print out (if applicable)

Q - I want to buy your vehicle what next?
A - Please drop us a line (email or phone) and we can arrange delivery or collection. We will ensure all paperwork is in order, and a suitable time is arranged. This can be at your work or home during the day, evening or weekend. When we arrive or you collect the vehicle we will give you a tour of the major controls. Please ensure you arrange insurance cover from the day and hour of collection or delivery

Q - How do I pay for the vehicle?
A - A PayPal, direct bank transfer, Nochex, credit or debit card payment of £100 deposit should be made as soon as possible, and within 3 days at the latest. This can be paid securely and directly on the payment page. The cleared balance should be paid by direct bank transfer, cash, or building society / bankers draft on the day of delivery / collection which must be within 7 days. (Drafts and building society cheques must be presented during banking hours.) We can arrange to retain the vehicle for a short period of time after full payment

Q - Do you offer an independent inspection service?
A - If you are not confident inspecting a vehicle then we suggest you get an independent inspection. This can be arranged with both the RAC and AA. We cannot get involved as it would not be independent
