Should you decide to return your vehicle we will gladly exchange it for any other vehicle that we have on sale, you only pay the difference in price between the two (or get cash back if the exchange vehicle is less) No questions, just your peace of mind. This is in addition to your statutory rights. There are a few things to understand regarding this service which are detailed here

You may choose any other vehicle we have available on Tigerapex.com except those shown as "Reserved"

You only pay the difference between the price of the vehicles, i.e. Take whatever you paid for your vehicle (on your invoice) away from the price of the vehicle you want to change to

We will arrange the transfer of the vehicle, and warranty (if applicable)

Should you have bought the vehicle on finance, if the finance company will allow we will transfer the agreement.

There is no charge or administration fee for this service.

In exceptional hardship cases we may offer to buy the vehicle back, but we do make a charge for additional mileage (anything over the photographed mileage indication on Tigerapex.com) at a rate of £0.99 per mile. In this case we would require a deposit of £99. This deposit covers the additional owners and the period of waiting for the original vehicle registration document return. The DVLA will return this directly to you and you must send it to us to receive the deposit back.
